Technology Operations Manager

About the role

Cedar is seeking a senior Technology Operations Manager to lead day‑to‑day technology services within a regulated environment. You will own the performance of core Microsoft platforms, manage third‑party providers and ensure services remain stable, secure and scalable.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance of Microsoft 365, Azure, identity and endpoint management services.
• Manage managed service providers and technology partners – service reviews, SLA compliance, incident escalation, root‑cause analysis and remediation tracking.
• Monitor and resolve device and endpoint compliance issues.
• Control joiner, mover and leaver processes for user access, devices and licensing.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Change, Projects and Data teams to translate business needs into technology outcomes.
• Support cyber‑security activities through access‑control oversight, patching and supplier‑led remediation.
• Contribute to technology assurance frameworks, governance and data‑management requirements.
• Assist with business continuity and disaster‑recovery planning, testing and improvement.
• Produce regular reports on service performance, incidents, supplier delivery and operational risks.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives across technology operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technology operations within regulated or complex environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and supplier‑management capabilities.
• Track record of delivering high‑quality, secure and scalable technology services.
