Technology Services Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Technology Services Manager to own and enhance the technology that shapes the member experience across our multi‑site flexible workspace portfolio. This onsite, full‑time role will be based in London and involves leading projects, managing a small team and acting as the primary client‑facing point of contact for Wi‑Fi, networking and AV solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain Wi‑Fi, networking, telephony and AV services across all locations.
• Lead end‑to‑end technology projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Manage a small technical team, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Serve as the main client contact for technology issues, explaining solutions and resolving incidents.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and suppliers to align technology initiatives with business goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering technology services across multiple sites, preferably in flexible workspace, serviced office or hospitality environments.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, Wi‑Fi, connectivity and audiovisual systems.
• Service‑oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated project, stakeholder and supplier management capabilities.
• Experience leading and developing a technical team.
