Technology Trainer

About the role

We are partnering with a leading international law firm to appoint a Technology Trainer who will champion technology adoption across multiple offices, including London, Paris and Hong Kong. The role blends instructional design, hands‑on support and stakeholder collaboration to ensure lawyers and business services teams use digital tools effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging technology training sessions in‑person, virtually, and through one‑to‑one coaching.
• Design and produce training materials, e‑learning modules, user guides, videos and quick‑reference resources.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify learning needs and tailor solutions.
• Support the rollout of new systems, monitoring adoption and providing post‑implementation assistance.
• Analyse support queries and user feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness.
• Contribute to global training initiatives and collaborate with colleagues across international locations.
• Maintain training records and activity tracking within the firm’s Learning Management System (LMS).

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering technology training, preferably in a professional services environment.
• Strong ability to present to and support stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive, adaptable and solution‑focused mindset.
• Fluency in English; French language skills are highly desirable.
