Telecom Project Manager – Global Data Centre & Network Projects

About the role

This role leads high‑profile telecommunications and data‑centre projects across a global estate, covering Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Reporting to the COO, you will influence senior leadership while ensuring network deployments, colocation migrations and connectivity initiatives run without business disruption.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver telecom and network infrastructure projects from inception to hand‑over.
• Manage global colocation migrations, data‑centre transformations and Layer‑2 point‑to‑point connectivity for enterprise customers.
• Coordinate equipment installations, migrations and upgrades across multiple data‑centres, especially in the Middle East and Asia.
• Own procurement, logistics, deployment coordination and service activation.
• Identify risks early, remove blockers and keep projects on schedule with urgency and accountability.
• Provide clear reporting and communication to executive stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years delivering telecom, network infrastructure or connectivity projects.
• Proven experience with colocation and data‑centre relocation projects in the Middle East and Asia.
• Strong commercial awareness, including procurement and logistics.
• Ability to work in fast‑moving, high‑growth environments with changing priorities.

Required skills

• Fibre and IP networking technologies.
• CPE and enterprise connectivity solutions.
• Microsoft Project (or similar project management tools).
• HubSpot or comparable project management platforms.
• Agile and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
