Telecoms Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Telecoms Administrator to join our Head Office team in Stockport. This full‑time position offers a busy, responsible environment where you will manage the organisation's telecoms estate while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the purchasing and management of mobiles, landlines and broadband services.
• Identify, log and follow up faults, user problems and billing issues.
• Provide first‑line support for basic IT and connectivity matters, including network printer setup and Wi‑Fi troubleshooting.
• Liaise with external suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records, input data correctly and keep the telecoms database up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Organised problem‑solver with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Previous experience in a customer‑service, administrative or person‑facing role.
• Suitable for a trainee, graduate or early‑career telecoms engineer.
• Good numeracy, literacy and the ability to work independently on a caseload.
