About the role

We are seeking an experienced Telecoms Team Leader to drive performance and culture within our B2B sales team. This hands‑on position blends leadership with active selling, ensuring the team consistently books high‑quality appointments for field sales.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of B2B Sales Executives.
• Coach through live call listening, barging and one‑to‑one feedback.
• Model a hands‑on sales approach and support new starters with training.
• Monitor KPIs, call quality and overall team performance.
• Identify performance trends and implement improvement plans.
• Collaborate with senior management to meet business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading or supervising a B2B sales team.
• Background in telecoms, connectivity, broadband, VoIP or unified communications.
• Passion for coaching and developing people.
• Strong commercial awareness and a target‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.

• CRM experience.
