Telemarketing Representative – Customer Outreach

About the role

We are looking for a Telemarketing Representative to be the first point of contact for customers interested in Crown products. You will engage prospects, understand their needs and arrange follow‑up conversations with specialist sales representatives.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up leads by phone, including new, existing and returning companies.
• Handle inbound calls and live‑chat enquiries.
• Schedule appointments for field sales reps and maintain regular contact with customers.
• Maintain and grow the CRM system with accurate data.
• Conduct targeted telephone campaigns to promote product updates and features.
• Use LinkedIn and other professional networks to identify and engage potential leads.
• Perform proactive cold‑calling within assigned territories to generate new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Friendly, engaging and enjoys conversation with clients.
• Results‑oriented with a strong focus on meeting targets.
• Excellent attention to detail and data competency.
• Good telephone manner and strong communication skills.
• Solid administrative experience or transferable skills.
• Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
