About the role

Join Cigna as a Telemarketing Sales Executive, contacting warm leads to promote the company’s global healthcare insurance solutions. You will engage prospects over the phone, understand their needs and guide them to the most suitable plan while contributing to the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to warm leads and convert them into customers.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Develop strong relationships by identifying customer healthcare needs and recommending appropriate products.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of Cigna’s insurance portfolio and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and meet collective goals.
  • Use Salesforce to manage the sales pipeline and track performance.

  • Motivated and results‑driven individual with a passion for sales.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust over the phone.
  • Willingness to learn and adhere to compliance standards.
