Telematics Pricing Manager

About the role

A leading insurer is looking for an experienced pricing professional to lead its telematics and behavioural‑data pricing initiatives. You will shape how driving and usage data are leveraged to improve risk understanding, pricing accuracy, and future strategy across a fast‑growing part of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test and implement telematics pricing models from concept to production.
• Analyse large, complex datasets to generate insights that support commercial decisions.
• Collaborate with pricing, data science and product teams to enhance risk segmentation and pricing tools.
• Mentor junior colleagues and help build analytical capability within the team.

Required profile

• Strong background in General Insurance pricing, preferably with telematics or usage‑based insurance experience.
• Commercially minded problem‑solver able to translate technical analysis into clear business recommendations.
• Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders across multiple functions.
