Telephone Business Development Manager

About the role

This is an exciting, office‑based position with a specialist bridging finance lender in Central London. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing broker and introducer relationships, and guiding deals from initial enquiry through to application.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new bridging finance opportunities through outbound calls and relationship building.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, introducers and property professionals.
• Manage enquiries and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business.
• Promote and educate brokers on the company's specialist lending products.
• Convert inbound enquiries into finance applications.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Provide market feedback and identify opportunities to support business growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months’ experience in business development, sales or relationship management within bridging finance, specialist lending or property finance.
• Good understanding of the UK bridging loan market.
• Proven ability to generate new business and build lasting relationships.
• Excellent telephone, communication and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and commercially minded.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities.
