Telephone Customer Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, organised and service‑oriented individual to join our team as a Telephone Customer Support Specialist. You will be the first point of contact for new and returning customers, handling inbound enquiries with professionalism and warmth.

Key responsibilities

• Answer general enquiry calls, providing accurate information about Mercedes‑Benz products, services and promotions.
• Record, transfer and follow up on customer enquiries in the dealership’s database.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product updates, dealership offers and company values.
• Work a 40‑hour week across a rotating shift pattern, including occasional Saturdays and Sundays.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic and courteous telephone manner.
• Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
• Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to support colleagues.
• Confidence to learn new phone systems and customer database tools.

Required skills

• Proficiency with telephone handling systems.
• Experience using customer database or CRM tools.
