Telesales Administrator

About the role

The Telesales Administrator will act as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service via phone, email and face‑to‑face interactions. You will also support warehouse operations to ensure products are stocked and dispatched promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive sales service.
• Prepare and submit pricing, quotes and tenders, progressing enquiries to sale.
• Conduct regular customer outreach, including cold‑calling and telesales.
• Keep the warehouse fully stocked and manage receipt of new shipments.
• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products and manage point‑of‑sale processes.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product information and accurately describe features and benefits.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in office sales with a track record of exceeding quotas.
• Ability to retain technical product knowledge and develop accounts.
• Strong liaison skills with customers and internal sales teams.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Friendly, confident and engaging personality.
• Experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, oil or hazardous‑substance sales is a distinct advantage.

What we offer

• Full‑time permanent role, Monday‑Friday 9:00‑17:00.
