Telesales Agent – £30,000‑£35,000 + Uncapped Bonus

About the role

We are seeking a confident, driven Telesales Agent to join a thriving sales team in Bristol. You will work alongside an experienced colleague with over 18 years in the business, receiving full training and ongoing support to turn conversations into sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and contact new businesses through warm and cold outbound calls.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Promote tailored advertising and marketing solutions.
• Manage your sales pipeline using the company CRM system.
• Achieve set targets while maximising uncapped monthly bonus opportunities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, sales or customer service.
• Confident and enthusiastic telephone manner.
• Proactive attitude with a strong drive to succeed.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Experience selling advertising space is a plus but not essential.
