Telesales & Customer Service Advisor

About the role

Join LWC Drinks as a Telesales & Customer Service Advisor, working from the Andover depot. You will handle a high volume of inbound calls, manage outbound sales diaries, and support customers with orders, complaints and technical issues.

Key responsibilities

• Process inbound orders accurately and efficiently.
• Convert incoming calls into planned outbound sales calls.
• Maintain a personable telephone manner and build strong relationships with customers.
• Identify upsell opportunities and promote LWC Drinks’ own‑brand products.
• Report technical faults on behalf of customers.
• Assist account managers with new business acquisition and administrative tasks.
• Plan calls and target supply gaps using internal systems.
• Perform office administrative duties such as filing, post handling and order processing.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of issue resolution.
• Strong teamwork and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Good product knowledge of beverage supplies.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel for spreadsheets and records.
• Proficiency with the Trinity system.

What we offer

• Full‑time permanent role, Monday‑Friday 8:30 am‑4:30 pm.
• Hourly rate of £12.71.
