Telesales Executive – B2B Outbound & Appointment Setting

About the role

The Business Connection Group is seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join a high‑performing B2B sales team. Working Monday‑Friday, you will conduct outbound cold calls, generate qualified appointments and support field‑based Business Development Managers. The role offers a hybrid working model after the initial training period.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound cold calls to prospective B2B clients.
• Communicate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
• Identify client needs, handle objections and book well‑qualified appointments.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track call activity.
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers to maximise conversion rates.
• Adapt calling strategies based on feedback and market insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B outbound calling and appointment setting.
• Strong understanding of sales metrics such as call volume, talk time and conversion rates.
• Ability to articulate product benefits and align solutions with client pain points.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to manage time effectively.

What we offer

• Base salary £27,000 per year plus OTE bonus of £5,000.
