Telesales Executive

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious, resilient Telesales Executive to join our fast‑growing sales team in Rudheath. You will start each day with a brief team huddle, then spend the majority of your time prospecting, making outbound calls and using social media to generate qualified meetings with FMCG businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Make up to 100 outbound calls per day and engage prospects via phone and social platforms.
• Book qualified appointments for the sales team, focusing on FMCG clients.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities in the CRM system.
• Support product trials and assist with onboarding new customers.
• Develop technical knowledge of our products to explain real‑world solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outbound calling (mandatory).
• Strong desire to grow and develop within a sales environment.
• Resilient, tenacious and confident on the phone.
• Organised and detail‑oriented, especially when updating CRM data.
• Goal‑driven and motivated by results.

Required skills

• CRM (experience updating and managing records).
