Telesales Executive – Office-Based, £25k + Bonus

About the role

We are looking for a confident Telesales Executive to join our Liverpool office and help drive new business for a specialist apprenticeship provider in the legal sector. You will work in a supportive, high‑energy environment, making outbound calls and building relationships with law firms and employers.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with law firms and employers.
• Book appointments, qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline.
• Record activity and track progress using our CRM system.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of telesales, outbound sales or business development experience.
• Confident telephone manner and professional communication skills.
• Driven, resilient and target‑focused with a positive attitude.
• Eagerness to learn and develop within a legal‑focused sales environment.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system.
