About the role
This temporary position supports an existing Accounts Payable team in Swindon on a long‑term basis. The role is office‑based and ideal for candidates with a solid understanding of accounts payable processes and strong data‑entry abilities.
Key responsibilities
- Perform audit checks on supplier invoices.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Review daily financial figures for accuracy.
- Cleanse and maintain master data records.
- Update process documentation where required.
- Process invoices and expense claims efficiently.
Required profile
- Experience or knowledge of accounts payable functions.
- Excellent attention to detail and data‑input accuracy.
- Ability to work independently within an office environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to temporary, long‑term cover needs.
