Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk

About the role
We are looking for a diligent Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team in London. You will be responsible for managing outgoing payments and ensuring that all vendor invoices are processed accurately and on time.
Key responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices and schedule payments.
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Support month‑end closing activities for UK legal entities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UK accounting standards.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with UK accounting procedures and legal entity requirements.
