Temporary AML Data Entry Analyst – 3‑Month Contract

About the role

This is a three‑month, office‑based contract role in London supporting a major client data remediation and migration project for a global financial services organisation. Full training is provided, making it an ideal entry point for graduates interested in financial crime, compliance or risk.

Key responsibilities

• Review and cleanse large volumes of AML client data, identifying discrepancies and removing duplicate records.
• Validate documentation and ensure data meets regulatory and internal standards before migration to a new platform.
• Work across multiple systems and industry tools while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Support the migration programme by preparing data for transfer and documenting any issues.

Required profile

• Graduate (Law or Criminology preferred, any discipline considered).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Experience handling large datasets in an academic, administrative or professional setting.
• Good Excel and general IT proficiency.
• Organised, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
