Temporary Bromcom Administrator (Education)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Bromcom Administrator to join a busy school environment on a temporary, full‑time basis. You will be the primary point of contact for all Bromcom‑related queries, helping staff maximise the system’s capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day administration and support for the Bromcom MIS platform.
• Deliver informal training and guidance to users across the school.
• Support attendance, assessment, behaviour, reporting, timetabling and data management processes.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity throughout the system.
• Produce reports and management information as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience administering or supporting Bromcom MIS within a school or educational setting.
• Strong understanding of school data management processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical information to non‑technical users.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise workload effectively.
