Temporary Care Assistant – Support Individuals in Swindon

About the role
We are seeking experienced temporary Care Assistants to join our team in Swindon. You will work in a care home environment, providing person‑centred support to residents, many of whom have dementia and complex needs.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver personal care, including assistance with eating, drinking and hygiene.
- Support residents with mobility and manual handling tasks safely.
- Maintain accurate records and follow individual care plans.
- Provide emotional and practical support, encouraging independence.
- Assist residents in accessing community activities.
- Carry out general cleaning and housekeeping duties.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Care Assistant, preferably with dementia or complex‑need residents.
- Completed dementia awareness training is desirable.
- Ability to work flexible, part‑time shifts on a temporary basis.

What we offer
- Hourly pay ranging from £13.47 to £17.51, paid weekly.
- Free uniform provided.
