Temporary Caretaker – Flexible Assignments

About the role

PMR is expanding its pool of temporary caretakers to provide flexible, short‑term cover for holiday and sickness absences across its client portfolio in London and the South East. The role is ideal for candidates with experience in residential, hotel or school caretaking who can adapt to varied assignments on a PAYE basis.

Key responsibilities

• Sweeping and general cleaning of premises
• Jet washing external surfaces
• Litter picking and bin collection
• Basic maintenance tasks such as light bulb replacement, paint touch‑ups and refilling supplies
• Supporting health, safety and COSHH compliance where required

Required profile

• Previous experience as a residential, hotel or school caretaker
• Good spoken and written English
• Strong time‑keeping and organisational abilities
• Adaptability to different sites and working patterns
• Driving licence is desirable but not essential
