Temporary Cleaner – Folkestone

About the role

This temporary position offers a rewarding opportunity to keep a busy centre in Folkestone clean and welcoming. You will work a set schedule of shifts over a week, contributing to a tidy environment for staff and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Mop floors and stairs to maintain a spotless surface.
• Vacuum floors, mats and carpets.
• Clean toilets and ensure sanitary conditions.
• Pick up litter in the outdoor centre and service yard.
• Empty bins and wheelie‑bins for recycling.
• General cleaning of rails, mirrors, signage and other surfaces.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not essential.
