Temporary Credit Controller – Pulborough

About the role
This temporary, full‑time position is based in Pulborough and supports an expanding business by managing its credit control function. You will oversee a ledger of around 500 customer accounts, ensuring debts are monitored and collected efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Raise and issue customer invoices.
- Chase outstanding debts via telephone and email.
- Send monthly statements to customers.
- Maintain detailed notes on each account.
- Allocate cash and BACS payments to the correct accounts.
- Resolve customer queries related to their accounts.
- Process credit‑card payments.
- Report daily cash collections to the Receivables Manager.
Required profile
- Available to start immediately or on short notice.
- Proven experience in a similar credit control role.
- Motivated, clear communicator and collaborative team player.
- Possession of a car for commuting to the office.
