About the role

The Temporary Customer Solutions Advisor will join a medium‑sized, well‑established company in Andover, providing professional support to customers across phone, email and other channels. This short‑term role focuses on delivering high‑quality service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly via phone, email and other communication methods.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve product or service issues.
• Provide product information and guidance as required.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Ensure compliance with company policies during all interactions.
• Support the Customer Service department with administrative tasks.

Required profile
