About the role

We are seeking a highly organised Data Administrator for a short‑term, eight‑week project. The role involves reviewing, validating and migrating large volumes of information to ensure data accuracy and completeness. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and verify records while maintaining strict adherence to internal procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate information across multiple systems.
• Accurately update and maintain electronic records.
• Support data migration and data‑cleansing activities.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies within records.
• Produce reports and track project progress.
• Ensure information is recorded in line with internal procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and verify data.

Required profile

• Previous administration and data‑entry experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Experience with data migration, record management or document control is advantageous.
