Temporary HR Advisor – 4 mornings per week

About the role

We are looking for a temporary HR Advisor to work four mornings each week (Monday‑Thursday, 9 am‑1 pm) in central Milton Keynes. The role will initially cover a six‑week sick leave period, with the possibility of extension, and will support the team during an upcoming ISO audit.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for HR‑related queries from employees and managers.
• Perform general HR administration tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Prepare documentation and provide support for the ISO audit.
• Collaborate with the Parent Company’s HR Consultant to ensure policy alignment and compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an HR advisory or similar role.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HR regulations and standards, especially those relevant to ISO audits.
• Competence in HR administration processes.
