Temporary Internal Recruiter – FMCG, Hybrid, £19/hr

About the role

We are seeking experienced recruiters to join a fast‑moving team supporting a leading FMCG company. The role is hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) and runs for 6‑8 weeks, helping to meet a surge in volume hiring across multiple regions and the head office.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates via job boards, CV databases and proactive outreach.
• Screen applications and conduct telephone interviews to assess suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and manage candidate logistics.
• Organise and run assessment days, handling all related communications.
• Provide recruitment administration support to ensure a smooth end‑to‑end process.
• Maintain a high‑quality candidate experience from start to finish.

Required profile

• Previous in‑house or agency recruitment experience, especially high‑volume hiring.
• Proven ability to support regional teams and head‑office recruitment.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple roles simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and rapport‑building with candidates and managers.
• Comfortable working in a structured, delivery‑focused environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
