Temporary International Arbitration Paralegal

About the role
This is a six‑week temporary position in a growing London law firm, supporting international arbitration matters. The role starts immediately, offers competitive pay and standard office hours (09:00‑17:30).
Key responsibilities
- Maintain large electronic and paper case files, handling indexing and organisation of client materials.
- Conduct first‑level document reviews before associate review.
- Support associates during submission phases – formatting, cite‑checking, proofreading and assembling supporting documentation.
- Lead logistical planning for hearings, negotiating contracts with transcribers, interpreters and venues.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for opening and closing submissions.
- Assist in building cross‑examination bundles in close collaboration with fee‑earners.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years’ experience as a paralegal in international arbitration.
- Available to start immediately and able to work with a degree of autonomy.
- Experience supporting filings and hearings.
Required skills
- Proficiency with e‑discovery platforms such as Relativity and Disco.
