Temporary Premises Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Temporary Premises Manager to join our client’s site in South Croydon as soon as possible. The assignment runs until the end of August, with the possibility of extension for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the premises team in daily operations.
• Manage site security and ensure compliance with health & safety standards.
• Oversee day‑to‑day maintenance, repairs and building services.
• Coordinate painting, decorating, carpentry and general building repairs.
• Schedule and work flexible shifts between 6:00 am and 8:00 pm, including occasional late evenings.

Required profile

• Strong background in facilities management.
• Relevant Health & Safety qualification (preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership and hands‑on approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
