Temporary Product Logistics Coordinator (6 months)

About the role

This temporary position supports a multi‑site retail network by managing product and stock data across several systems. You will work closely with stores, warehouse teams and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate information flow and timely product availability.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and track stock and product data in Excel and retail finance systems.
• Transfer data accurately between internal systems and retail locations.
• Monitor inventory levels and keep stock records up to date.
• Support stock allocation and distribution to meet store requirements.
• Produce reports, analyse data for errors, trends and improvement opportunities.
• Investigate and resolve stock, data or system issues promptly.
• Process and reconcile stock‑take information from retail stores.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient product flow and data accuracy.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Highly organised and detail‑oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy.
• Previous experience in stock control, retail operations, administration or a similar data‑focused role.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What we offer

• £18.24 per hour plus holiday pay.
• 35 hours per week (7 hours per day).
• 6‑month fixed‑term contract.
• Work based in Farringdon, London with monthly visits to Hampton Wick.
