Temporary Production and Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised Temporary Production and Operations Coordinator to support a global business in Ilminster. The role is full‑time, Monday‑Friday, and will last up to three months, providing essential administrative assistance for order processing and shipment handling.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stores and production teams to ensure timely dispatch of products.
• Prepare and process customs documentation for international shipments.
• Coordinate courier collections and arrange outbound transportation.
• Generate invoices, dispatch notes, and tracking information, and communicate details to customers.
• Respond to customer enquiries regarding shipment status.
• Create, print, and release job cards for new work orders, revisions, rework, and part batching.

Required profile

• Experience in a customer‑facing environment.
• Previous administration experience.
• Ability to plan and organise workload.
