Temporary Project Manager – Healthcare Non‑profit

About the role
We are seeking a temporary Project Manager to join an established non‑profit membership healthcare organisation in London. The role is hybrid, with two days on‑site and three days remote, and will run for six months.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and deliver Faculty projects and Working Groups from inception to completion.
- Act as the primary liaison for Chairs of Faculties, senior management, finance officers and external stakeholders.
- Develop project plans, risk registers and milestone schedules, monitoring progress against agreed timelines.
- Track project costs and report any exceptions to Finance Officers.
- Provide full administrative support: record actions, prepare reports and presentations, organise meetings and focus groups.
- Represent the project in wider meetings, including Project Management and All‑Staff forums.
Required profile
- Proven project management experience, preferably within a college, NHS England, NICE or similar health/social‑care institution.
- Excellent written communication with strong minute‑taking and report‑writing abilities.
