Temporary Sales Assistant – Retail (Seasonal Part‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for a temporary sales assistant to be the friendly face of our White City store. You will welcome customers, share product knowledge, and help create memorable in‑store experiences, including parties and events. The role also supports our Covent Garden and Oxford Street spa locations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and maintain a welcoming store environment.
• Provide personalized product recommendations, conduct demonstrations and hand out tailored samples.
• Promote spa treatments and support the Covent Garden and Oxford Street spa sites.
• Host in‑store parties and external events, delivering a 5‑star experience.
• Manage stock, keep the shop floor tidy and visually appealing, and adapt displays to seasonal trends.
• Support sales targets by creatively promoting products and collaborating with the team.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic and customer‑focused attitude.
• Strong communication skills and ability to listen to customer needs.
• Flexible availability for shifts, including evenings and weekends, and willingness to travel for external events.
• Team player who enjoys collaborating in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Ability to handle cash and basic stock‑management tasks.
