Temporary Sales Consultant (Retail)

About the role

This temporary, 8‑hour position is for a Sales Consultant in an adidas retail store. You will act as a brand ambassador, connecting with customers, sharing the adidas story and inspiring them to embrace sport and lifestyle products.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers, provide product knowledge and deliver excellent service to meet sales targets.
• Support merchandise management, including deliveries, stock replenishment and visual standards.
• Maintain store KPIs by interpreting data and taking actions to improve performance.
• Complete all required training and apply learning on the shop floor.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and ensure a positive customer experience.

Required profile

• At least 1 month of experience in sports or fashion retail.
• Understanding of store KPIs and ability to use tools to drive sales.
• Strong customer service and sales abilities.
• Team player, resilient, eager to learn and curious.
• Good communication skills in English.
