Temporary Senior Billing Manager – Global Role

About the role

This temporary senior position will own the billing, collections and accounts receivable function for a globally recognised business. You will work across multiple international entities, ensuring invoices are accurate, collections are maximised and cash flow remains healthy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full billing lifecycle across multiple global entities, ensuring accurate and compliant invoicing.
• Manage complex client billing arrangements involving multiple currencies and jurisdictions.
• Act as the primary escalation point for billing enquiries and resolve issues swiftly.
• Drive collection activity, review ageing reports and negotiate payments to reduce aged debt.
• Provide cash‑flow forecasts, collection performance metrics and support month‑end accounts receivable activities.
• Serve as the internal NetSuite expert, identify automation opportunities and improve billing processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in billing, accounts receivable or credit & collections within a global environment.
• Strong understanding of multi‑currency invoicing and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret DSO, overdue balances and cash‑flow data.
• Effective communication with commercial, project delivery and finance teams.
