About the role
We are seeking a motivated Temporary Stock Controller and Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in Ringwood on a short‑term basis. The role offers a competitive hourly rate and a full‑time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, providing an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in stock handling and forklift operation.
Key responsibilities
- Load and unload stock using an electric counter‑balance forklift.
- Perform daily checks and maintenance of the forklift.
- Process stock condition, conduct stock checks and maintain inventory records.
- Pick and pack orders efficiently and safely.
- Ensure accurate inventory control and documentation.
Required profile
- Self‑motivated, reliable and punctual.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of manual handling.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing warehouse situations.
Required skills
- B1 counterbalance forklift licence.
What we offer
- Competitive hourly rate of £14‑£16.
- Full‑time temporary contract (37.5 hours per week).
