Temporary Support Assistant – Flexible Care Role

About the role
Connect2Swindon is seeking experienced Support Assistants for a flexible, temporary position in the Swindon area. You will work across a range of care settings, helping individuals live as independently as possible while following their personalised care plans.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including assistance with eating, drinking and hygiene.
- Support manual handling tasks safely.
- Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation.
- Offer practical, emotional and physical support to promote independence.
- Assist clients in accessing community activities and services.
- Carry out general cleaning and housekeeping duties as needed.
Required profile
- Proven experience working in a care or support setting.
- Ability to perform manual handling safely.
- Commitment to delivering person‑centred care in line with care plans.
