Tenancy Support Worker – Older Adults (Penicuik)

About the role
We are looking for a Tenancy Support Worker to help older adults in Penicuik and surrounding areas maintain independent living by supporting their housing and utility needs.
Key responsibilities
- Assist service users with housing applications, Housing Benefit and grant claims.
- Support set‑up and management of utilities such as gas and electricity.
- Provide guidance to sustain stable tenancy and prevent homelessness.
- Travel to users’ homes to deliver practical assistance.
Required profile
- At least 6 months experience supporting older adults in a care or support setting.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
Required skills
- Navigation of housing systems and benefit application processes.
