Tenant Services Co‑ordinator – Estate Agent

About the role

We are seeking a Tenant Services Co‑ordinator to join our estate agency team in Sidcup. You will be the first point of contact for tenants, ensuring a smooth move‑in and move‑out experience while supporting day‑to‑day property operations.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome tenants and act as the main front‑of‑house contact.
• Manage tenant check‑ins and check‑outs, confirming properties are ready and compliant.
• Prepare, issue and track all required keys.
• Organise parcel deliveries and collections.
• Carry out routine property inspections and report findings.
• Identify and report maintenance or operational issues to the Property Manager.
• Assist tenants with enquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely completion of works.
• Maintain accurate records and support smooth operational processes.

Required profile

• Organised with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong team player who can work independently.
• UK resident, preferably within a 30‑minute commute to Sidcup.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a personal car.

Required skills

• Basic IT proficiency.
