Tender & Framework Sales Manager – South Region

About the role

Orona Limited is seeking a Tender & Framework Sales Manager for its South Service division. The role combines proactive business development with end‑to‑end bid and tender management to win lift maintenance contracts across public and private sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new maintenance business opportunities across the South region.
• Generate sales leads through networking, market research and prospecting.
• Build relationships with procurement teams, consultants, estates managers and facilities management providers.
• Monitor tender portals and procurement pipelines to capture upcoming opportunities.
• Lead the full bid process, including PQQs, ITTs, framework submissions and presentations.
• Produce customer‑focused tender responses and competitive pricing strategies.
• Coordinate technical, commercial and operational input for high‑quality submissions.
• Maintain accurate pipeline reporting, forecasts and oversee contract mobilisation.

Required profile

• Proven success in business development, technical sales or bid management.
• Experience winning work through competitive tenders and frameworks.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with procurement and decision‑making stakeholders.
• Ability to travel to client sites as required.
