Territory Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Territory Business Development Manager to join a market‑leading Health & Safety, HR and Employment Law consultancy. Working field‑based across the UK, you will use a consultative, value‑based sales approach to generate new business and strengthen existing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B opportunities within your assigned territory.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to consistently exceed quarterly targets.
• Present solutions to business owners, HR professionals and senior decision‑makers.
• Represent a trusted brand with over eight decades of industry leadership.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in field sales.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads independently and close deals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills when dealing with senior stakeholders.
• Resilient, adaptable and self‑motivated with a passion for achieving targets.

Required skills

What we offer

• £60 K guaranteed minimum (base £30 K + top‑up £30 K).
• Realistic OTE of £155 K+ with uncapped commission.
