Territory Manager – Estate Agency (Franchise)

About the role

We are seeking experienced estate agents to join Yopa as Territory Managers. In this franchise‑based role you will run your own portfolio of postcodes, generate and manage property sales, and build a local team while benefiting from Yopa’s central support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a designated territory of postcodes, overseeing the full sales cycle from valuation to completion.
• Generate leads through Yopa’s free lead generation service and self‑sourced opportunities.
• Set your own commission rates and negotiate No Sale, No Fee arrangements with clients.
• Develop relationships with partnered conveyancers and Scout Financial Services to create additional revenue streams.
• Collaborate with Yopa’s marketing team, contact centre and personal property adviser to maintain customer contact and brand visibility.

Required profile

• Proven experience in estate agency with a track record of valuing, listing and selling homes.
• Ability to work independently, set your own agenda and drive business growth.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with customers and partners.

Required skills

• Knowledge of UK property sales processes and regulations.
• Experience using lead generation and CRM tools.
