Territory Manager – Estate Agency

About the role

We are seeking experienced estate agents to join Yopa as Territory Managers. In this role you will run your own portfolio of postcodes, build a profitable business and benefit from Yopa’s technology‑led platform and central support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a territory of property listings, overseeing the full buying and selling process.
• Generate and convert leads provided by Yopa’s central team, and pursue self‑generated leads.
• Set your own commission rates and build a personal team of agents.
• Maintain relationships with customers, conveyancers and partner financial services.
• Collaborate with Yopa’s marketing, contact centre and learning & development teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in estate agency with a track record of valuing, listing and completing sales.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a regional team.
• Strong commercial drive and entrepreneurial mindset.
