Territory Sales Manager – Full‑Time (Temporary) – Glasgow

About the role

We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our award‑winning field sales team for the busy Golden Quarter. This full‑time, fixed‑term position runs from August 2026 until 5 January 2027 and offers the chance to work with leading FMCG brands across Glasgow’s major grocery retailers.

Key responsibilities

• Visit and service key accounts such as Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda and Morrisons within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and retail staff.
• Improve product availability, increase distribution and negotiate additional display space.
• Merchandise products to company standards and capture market intelligence.
• Record daily activity using tablet‑based reporting tools.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail, sales, merchandising or customer‑service roles.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with tablet or mobile reporting applications.
