Territory Sales Manager – Retail (Bristol)

About the role

Dee Set is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Manager to cover the Bristol area for its award‑winning field marketing division. You will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, visiting the top grocery retailers and building strong relationships with key decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Visit the four major grocery retailers on a defined call schedule.
• Develop and maintain relationships with store decision‑makers to increase brand distribution and shelf space.
• Negotiate placement and availability of multiple FMCG brands.
• Gather in‑store intelligence on competitors, opportunities and issues.
• Record all activity on company tablets using the Drive software platform.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, preferably within convenience or retail environments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a proven track record of building credible store relationships.
• Result‑oriented with a passion for driving brand awareness.
