Territory Sales Manager – Retail (Temporary Full‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Territory Sales Manager to join our field sales team for the busy Golden Quarter. This temporary full‑time position runs from August 2026 until 5 January 2027 and offers the chance to work with leading UK grocery retailers and top FMCG brands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a defined retail territory, visiting stores such as Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda and Morrisons.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff.
• Improve product availability, increase distribution and negotiate additional display opportunities.
• Merchandise products to brand standards and capture market intelligence.
• Record daily activity using tablet‑based technology.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail, sales, merchandising or customer service.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
