Territory Sales Manager – Retail (Temporary)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Territory Sales Manager to join Tactical Solutions for the busy Golden Quarter. This temporary, 24‑hour per week position runs from August 2026 until 5 January 2027 and offers flexible working patterns across Gloucester and surrounding stores.

Key responsibilities

• Visit a range of retail outlets within the Gloucester territory, focusing on the UK’s leading grocery chains.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store staff and managers.
• Increase product availability and optimise on‑shelf presentation.
• Set up and maintain displays to drive sales of major household brands.
• Gather market insights and report activity using tablet‑based software.
• Identify new merchandising opportunities and communicate them to the management team.

Required profile

• Enjoys independent, field‑based work and has a positive, energetic attitude.
• Comfortable building relationships with retail staff.
• Organised, reliable and able to manage a self‑directed schedule.
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, merchandising or sales (training will be provided).

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with tablet or mobile devices for activity logging.
