Theatre Nurse / ODP Scrub – Full Time

About the role

Join the dedicated Theatre Team at Park Hill Hospital to deliver high‑quality, patient‑focused care in a fast‑paced operating environment. This full‑time position (37.5 hours per week) offers the opportunity to work on orthopaedic procedures within an ultra‑clean air theatre.

Key responsibilities

• Provide efficient, individualised patient care throughout surgical episodes.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anaesthetists and theatre staff to ensure smooth workflow.
• Adhere to Ramsay Health Care policies, procedures and the Ramsay Way to achieve optimal clinical outcomes.
• Plan and manage equipment and consumable requirements for each case.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold infection‑control standards.

Required profile

• Registered with the NMC or HCPC.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven capability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrated customer‑service orientation.
• Basic computer literacy.
• ALS qualification desirable.
• SFA qualification desirable.
• Experience in major orthopaedic scrub work desirable.
